Guest guest Posted September 20, 2010 Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 I am on a program through a doctor as I have so many funky health things I decided this was not a safe road to go down the first time on my own. They're having me do a cleanse right now. This is the last day of the first week of four. I have never done one before and I have to say it is pretty rough (on the second day of no food except one green vegetable in whatever amount). At the end of the four weeks I will be starting the HCG and I am really excited especially with the changes I am already seeing just from the cleanse - already down 7 pounds and counting. I am amazed that I was able to work out this evening (nothing major - just weights and yoga) with only consuming the dietary supplement pills and a green vegetable.
