LOOK UP CMT IN HIS MEDICAL BOOKS WHILE I WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE...

ALSO REMEMBER THEY ARE PAID TO FIND AGAINST YOU BUT 3 DOCTORS AND 18

MONTHS LATER I GOT ON DISABLITY AND HAVE BEEN ON IT EVER SINCE... YOU

MIGHT HAVE TO GET A LAWYER THINK ABOUT IT...

Bob, I'm sorry. Social Security never says so but their rules really prefer

the opinions of the treating physician to theirs. It is usually fairly easy

to get consultative exams switched to your own doctor provided he/she is

willing to do the paperwork and accept the fee SSA pays (not real generous).

If you are turned down and need to file for Reconsideration, let me know.

I'll try to give you some guidance.

Jacques.

I really disliked the social security doctor I had to see. I have been on SSI

for years. That dosen't seem to matter because last week I recieved paper

work to reevaluate me. I am worried that they will say I am no longer

disabled. (Wish that was true).. Or worse what if they say I was never

disabled and hit be with a bill. Stress ...

Bob keep appealing. I had to until I won. I asked the judge if I could see an

experienced Neurologist. He agreed and shortly approval was given.
