Hey everyone,

Thanks so much for all the great ideas and suggestions. I'm going to

start out slow. I'm a food addict, so I may start out with one piece of

dark chocolate and savor it, and then really try to pay attention to

how I do with it. If I crave more, I'll just step away from my

chocolate...which will be really hard, but if I have it and don't crave

it as much, then I'll stick to that! Thanks!!! I really appreciate it!!
