Guest guest Posted December 30, 2007 Report Share Posted December 30, 2007 Good Morning, I was wondering if any of you had a good treatment for shin splints. Mine are killing me. I'm using ice and last night it was so bad I had to take ibuprofen. I know with the band I shouldn't use it.... so any one have advice? thanks crabby nancy in pain and has not exercise for two days!
