Guest guest
But go slow with the magnesium also. I can't take but one pill a day otherwise it's like I'm preparing for a colonoscopy again. n www.marianhaileymoss.comwww.nyveggies.com Re: Welcome to all the new members My guess is that besides the iodine/thyroid issues is that he needs magnesium. Lack of magnesium can make you nervous. You might try a magnesium supplement. Also if he can't absorb it sufficiently you can try getting a magnesium gel to use on the skin or soak in the tub with epsom salts. Armour is by prescription. Hopefully the doctor is able to determine if he needs it.You might work up slowly with the iodine. IreneAt 01:34 PM 9/24/2007, you wrote: Hi, I am sort of new member. I have question about Lugol' solution. My husband has been not feeling well lately. He is 66 year old. For thirty years of marriage, I have observed he often having no energy most of the time and dozzing here and there. He said he had sentivie stomach that often causing him diarrhea if foods not right for him. I think his stomach just not ascorb enough nutrition that makes in tired all the time. Lately he complain dizziness. He has only mild high-blood pressure and taking BP medicine. He is going to see doctor for invistigation what ailling him. I measured his oral temperature around 10 o'clock in the moring was 96 degree. I believe he lacks iodine and I gave him 7/8 drops split morning/afternoon. Is it too much for him the first time around because he could not sleep the whole night? Do you think I should supplement him Iodorale also? He a very nervious individual that he is afraid to take it again. I am also thinking supplementing him Armour. Is it a good idea. I do think general medical doctor often overlooks in this area. Thanks for your input. Helen ladybugsandbees <ladybugsandbeessbcglobal (DOT) net> wrote: I wanted to say a quick welcome to all the new members. We have had 22 in the last month. I see much of the issues in the application comments but rarely see the new members post them to the group. I want to encourage all the new members to post your questions so that we can get you started toward understanding Iodine and hopefully better health! Again welcome! B.
