There seems to be a principle related to taking

various substances, including iodine, of course.

This principle has been expressed in many messages

where people suggest that if one is having difficulty

with a substance it is because they need more of it

and not less. While discussing this with a doctor he

agreed this *can* be true.

I would like to explore or research this principle but

I do not know how to phrase it to do a computer

search.

Can someone provide a descriptive name for this

principle?

If Idodral is tablet form, Lugol's is liquid form of iodine.What is Armour...naturalthroid...is that also iodine?And how about the bottles of iodine by different nameswhat is the differnce in it and Idodral and Lugol's.Do you need more than one item out of the list, and whichone is the best for begining?Thanks, Violet
