DAM! I do wish I could convince my V.A. doctors of the benefit it could be

to me.

Since I began using H2O2 in my vaporizer at night I have seen a definite

improvement in

my life.

How else might I get more oxygen into my body???? I have a very limited

income of just

over 10,000 a year so I can't afford most of the methods I have seen discussed

on this list.

I need the least expensive possible, not the cheapest, which might prove

harmful.

How much are some of you paying for a tank of welding oxygen. Maybe I could

peace

together a workable unit.

Hi.......I'm wondering what benefits you have noticed from using h2o2 in your

vaporizer.....can you comment on it?........how long have you been doing

it....?.........how much do you use?.......thanks...........Robb

Ed McCabe, in " Flood your body wihtr oxygen " says he no longer recommends

drinking H2o2 to people in the USA only becasue he says that we can afford other

methods. Then he goes on to highly recommend it for people in 3rd world

countries ad the best and cheapest form of getting oxygen into the system.

Best, Ken

Don't jump into something possibly dangerous. Even a cheap non-

oxygen feed ozone machine can give you good results if you put you

body in a plastic bag.

Hydrogen peroxide can do the same thing, put more oxygen into your body.

h202 does not do the same thing as hyperbaric oxygen, not by a long

shot. HBO pushes oxygen into the plasma and therefore into all the

tissues. THat's why you can help heal brain trauma, CP, stroke, etc,

because you can actually force oxygen into areas where nerves and

blood vessels have died, and start regrowth. In addition, the

combination of pressure and 02 shifts you to a parsympathetic state

which is why many patients including me get peaceful and even sleepy

in the chamber. There are all kinds of benefits to hbo that don't

overlap with h202. You get, even in my mild portable chamber, up to

400% more oxygen in all the tissues.

This is not to say h202 isn't useful, although it seems to me from

what I've read that ozone is more effective. I've never heard of any

lymies cured from h202 even IV, but a few seem to have been cured

with ozone.

I bought more h202 and I like it in my bath and maybe I will try a

small amount i a colema and I certainly use it with water every day

in my waterpik which has helped my gums and teeth.

But as for making your own tank unless you are an engineer, it could

be dangerous...so in such case I agree, try h202 or ozone or

something affordable. It is unfortunate more conditions are not

covered by insurance fo rhbo but they're not.

Benefits I think are that I have more energy and less pain. My calf muscles

used to

complain when I walked an eighth of a mile. Now they don't. My back and hips

bother me

slightly less and I have a generally better stamina to do my gardening. When I

started

treatment I couldn't work hard or long enough to raise my pulse above a hundred.

Now I

limit myself deliberately regardless of how I feel to 115 with frequent highs of

120. I know

what it is instantly because I have a polar heart rate monitor. I often wear it

to bed just to

see if my over night resting pulse is changing. I strongly suspect it has

dropped at least 5

beats per minute, though I have not documented this accurately.

Memory doesn't serve me well enough to say how long I have been on it.

Imagine, if you

will, how many double capfulls might be in a 16 ounce bottle of three percent

peroxide. I

finished that bottle a week ago and I am working on my second bottle. Like a

lot of us I

have more luck remembering my childhood better than I do last month:>)

sideline to rob. I just noticed your last name. Mine is allAn.

Perhaps you misunderstand me. Only certain indications for HBO are

covered by insurance, and those are very limited. Lyme for instance,

CFIDS, stroke, CP, brain injury, these are NOT covered.

I am surely not an engineer. My intention is to use the tank as a source of

pure oxygen

to use in a devise to create ozone. That should not be as dangerous as trying

to build a

pressure chamber myself. It sounds like using pure O2 would be far better than

using

ambient air which is only around 20% O2.

If the only difference is in the amount of ozone produced then using ambient

air would be

less expensive.

That makes sense. I just worried you were going to try and build a
