Iodine Saturation

Other than the paint-on test, which accuracy seems to

be questionable; is there a way to determine whether

one has *reached* saturation?

In the experiments with iodine, were signs and

symptoms of subjects recorded that might indicate when

saturation is reached?

From the reports I have read I do not have much

confidence in the loading test.

Thanks,

Abbe

I think he also recommended one drop of Lugol's for cows to prevent cretinism.

The moisture in the nose should pass in a few days. It lasted about a week for

me and I am taking over 100mgs. I viewed it as a cleansing reaction, possibly a

fungus sloughing off from the sinus.

We are finding that this is a bromide detox and not too much iodine. Dr. Jarvis' books were written quite a while ago before all the testing and knowledge of environmental toxicity.

You are probably finally pushing out toxins. Makes sure you get your unrefined salt, magnesium and vit c with it.

I have noticed this a bit recently and as I have been on 50+mg/day for a month or more seems reasonable and am considering dropping to 12mg.

I know a loading test is better, but was wondering if the above makes sense as this has only been in the last few days.

thanks

Do most folks just take vitamin C or do they take C & ATP cofactors? In other words, will they detox fine with just C, mag. & salt?AliOn Oct 23, 2009, at 4:21 AM, ladybugsandbees wrote:We are finding that this is a bromide detox and not too much iodine.
