We are still in need of some leaders for the Sunday morning discussion

groups at the Seattle Splash in February. If you would like to

facilitate one, please let me know!

your own):

Dealing with Attention as the Weight Comes Off (for everyone)

Bandster Rage (for everyone)

Headwork: Why Can't My Head Be Banded, Too? (for everyone)

Good Enough, or Should I Go for Perfection? (for those close to or at goal)
