Guest guest Posted March 13, 2006 Report Share Posted March 13, 2006 1/2 to 1 cup of cooked, shelled edemames with soy sauce, black pepper and a bit of sesame oil. hot or cold, these suckers are DELICOUS!!!! I have been eating them for years, but just realized the other day what a great snack they are for the banded. very filling and full of protein and fiber.
