I posted handout about protein bars. Go to Files, BARS.DOC

We sell smartforme bars in office -there were no problems with sugar

alcohols, some bars can have 20-30 g of sugar alcohols(that is toooo

much).

Trim advantage are very great bars and drinks as well, espesially for a

LAP-BAND patients.

Regarding the smartforme bars, even with the sugar alcohols there are

only 12 grams (sugar + sugar alcohol) per bar. We havent had any

problems with them.

Does anyone have a favorite, good tasting protein bar that is able to be carried

in purse/backpack for those times we do not have access to a meal? Thanks for

your input.

I like the South Beach Living meal replacement bars (not the granola bars). They

each have 180 calories and 12 grams of protein. I bought several boxes at the 99

Cent Store, so they're cheap, too.
