stomach flu or band related? Help

HI all I have not posted for a while I received my band one year and three weeks

ago. I have

related problems with it including esophageal reflux, esophageal dysmotility,

referred

shoulder pain to both shoulders. I have an appointment with the doc tomorrow to

evaluate

the likelihood of an unfill and the possibility of band removal. I have to fly

to Seattle from

UTah for this appointment. Doc is in surgery today.

Last night about twelve hours ago I started having abdominal pain and started

with diarrhea

and a few hours after that vomiting also. The vomiting has subsided but not the

diarrhea.

The vomiting was not coffee ground texture. and I am able to swallow sips of

warm water. I

still have diarrhea and a fever of 100.2

Any ideas if this is stomach flu or band related and what I could do for relief?
