Sure sorry you're having trouble! Going back go liquids us always the first

thing with any kind of difficulty and you can stay on that or very soft easy

foods til you can see your doc. You can also safely use some Pepcid (otc) to

help subdue the reflex til then. Good luck-let us know how u are.

Having Issues almost 19 mos out

I haven't been around in a long time. My 4 yr old son has had lots of health

issues and I've been dealing with him. He got a feeding tube 2 months ago, all

foods taken away, and finally looks healthy!

Anyway, thru all of the stress, I did revert back to my old friend, ice cream

I am proud to say I have stayed between 196-199 pounds. But I feel like CRAP

Started back at the gym Monday. As soon as I post this, I'm headed there today

Well, Friday, I noticed I was having heartburn (which is uncommon for me). I

also started vomiting most of my safe foods. So, I went all liquids over the

weekend. Monday, I was able to eat pretty well. Then Tuesday, the vomiting

started again, and the heartburn is awful My dr usually suggests a couple

days of liquids any time I have trouble, so I went by the books....I baby my

band because I want to keep it lol. I called today thinking I could get right

in....but he and his partner are both at a conference this week...ugghhhh. So

the soonest I can get in is Monday. My dr does not have a fill person...he does

all the fills himself, which I love! Do I just stay liquid/blended until

Monday?

I was at a great restriction for several several months, then back in May (I

think it was May) our house flooded, so we had to move, our lil guy was dx'd

with EGE, and my band got tight from the stress I guess. So, I had 1cc removed.

Went back and got .25cc added a month or so later. I think I'm at 4.25 in the

APS band. I can't find my notes now What can cause this all of a sudden?

Thanks for letting me have a safe place to vent! Only a few people know about

my surgery, so I can't really talk to anyone around here except my hubby. I'm

so close to my goal, yet it feels so far away.
