Iodo Plex & Iodo Solution - Alternatives to Lugol's

When Sharon posted about Iodo Caps, I Googled & found that the same

company (Hollywood Health) also manufactures their version of a

liquid iodine like Lugol's:

Each drop provides 12.5mg. complex of iodide & iodine from Potassium

Iodide and free Iodine.

Each drop provides 25 mg. of Potassium Iodide and 19 mg. of

elemental Iodine

For those that use Lugol's, it might be worth it to keep this

product in mind in case the pricing or availability is better than

Lugol's.

first one that came up.
