Guest guest Posted February 6, 2010 Report Share Posted February 6, 2010 I just wanted to post on how my tight band is doing. Yesterday I had an awful time in the morning. Took 2 bites of oatmeal & it ended up coming back up. Lunch went well though - ate a bowl of chili (meat only, no beans) with a couple of chips crushed on it. For dinner I fixed a homemade thin-crust pizza & was able to eat 2 squares of it and a small side salad. So, even though my mornings are awful I can eat later in the day. I took my medicine earlier in the evening & was able to sleep soundly last night Sandy - my largest pill is about the size of a dime, and I've been splitting it so it will go down. Thanks for any/all advice. I like hearing other people's experiences. I'm still not sure whether or not I need an unfill because I've spoken to a couple of other bandsters who have said they only drink coffee in the mornings due to tightness. Still undecided - but in a blizzard in land right now so I can't get anywhere till early next week anyways!
