Guest guest
Many Many people in the U.S. are lactose intolerant to some degree and do not know it. One of the side effects of the intolerance is a hightened fat storage ability. For many people who are obese that intolerance is a contributing factor. A very safe general approach is " if you want to lose weight drop dairy " . Many bariatric surgeons feel this is a way to jump start a program if nothing else. The bottom line is simply if you are consuming dairy and do ing everything else right and NOT losing weight it is very likely that dairy is the cause and you should drop it from your diet. Another interesting trivia. Those who have lost 100+ lbs after WLS and gained more than 50% of that loss back site the addition of dairy products to their diets as turning point at which point they begain to gain. Not a point to really argue about. Some people can, some people can't. Test it out if you want. Try one month without dairy and check in with yourself about how you are losing lbs and inches and how you feel. Then try one month with dairy and see how it works for you. The comparison should make it obvious if dairy is you friend or not..... -- Life is a Learning Curve · ´¨¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´* * * (º·.¸(¨*·.¸ ¸.·*¨)¸.·º) «.·°· *3rd X the Charm*.·°·.» (¸.·º(¸.·¨* *¨·.¸)º·.¸)
