How much Iodoral to start with?

Hi,

I received my Iodoral today. When I had the loading test

done Dr Flechas said to start with 100mg a day. I do not want to go that

high after reading how much others are taking. Do I start out on 50mg a

day or do I work up to that amount?

I started out on 50 mgs but I also made sure that I was supported with the Vit C/Magnesium/Potassium/Calcium combination to help with detoxing. Dr. Brownstein set up my protocol.

ya know...it would be helpful if there was a posted protocol for folks

starting Iodoral from him. i don't think i remember any specifics in

his book, but maybe i'm wrong.

is this something someone (read steph ask brownstein-smile) could get

together for newbies to iodine?

or if there is something somewhere, direct me to the info.

just seems it would be very helpful since so many have experienced

detox symptoms.

I started at one pill a day and when I raised it after about three weeks it made

me nauseous so I've gone back down to one.
