(OT?) Real motive of new iodine law

My understanding is that the law is a done deal and will go into

effect on August 1st. After that date you are allowed to purchase

the higher strength Lugol's (5%) only in a 1 oz. or smaller size, one

at a time. If you want to purchase larger quantities then you will

be purchasing the weaker version (2%). I don't believe an rx is

going to be necessary, at least here in the US.

If this info is not correct, hopefully someone will speak up and let

us know.
