I had been having sleep problems for about 10 years and it was getting really bad but with lugols, it has almost returned back to normal which is a really big improvement on my quality of life. 2) It has also improved my hypoglycemia so much so that it has almost disappeared. 3) and lastly, the pain I have where my liver is has also significantly reduced. Now the bad news...for the last 7 days of my cycle the cramps and nausea are significant. I am unable to leave the house it is so bad. I keep thinking it is because of low estrogen but am not sure. Any advice or comments appreciated.ne Back to work after baby– how do you know when you’re ready?

Guest guest
I think this product is supposed to help in case of radiation exposure. It doesn't appear to be balance like lugols or iodoral which is 5 mg iodine/ 7.5 mg iodide. Lugols or iodoral provide a balance of iodine and iodide that different cells in the body need, and I have no idea what potassium iodate would do in the body? ----- Original Message ----- Sorry I forgot to put the link in???http://www.campingsurvival.com/pot.html 200 - 50 mg tablets. for $10.00 Duke ---------------------------------> Hope your day goes well. 214-823-7070 -- Could this be used a a good source of iodine? Guest guest
Potassium Iodate is supposed to convert to iodine in the gut but for many it does not. Guest guest
Abraham talks about potassium iodate as food additive...? quote: " In the early 1960s, potassium iodate was added to bread as a dough conditioner. Iodate was added with the purpose of oxidizing sulfhydryl groups of flour proteins and thereby improving the rheological properties of the dough. By oxidizing sulfhydryl groups, iodate is reduced already during mixing of the dough, and it reaches the consumer as iodide " end of quote. I got the text from here: http://www.optimox.com/pics/Iodine/IOD-16/PUB_16.htm . > > Potassium Iodate is supposed to convert to iodine in the gut but for many it does not. > > Steph > iodine increases pms symptoms > > > hello, > I have been taking 1 drop of lugols on my skin for two months now and > it has had good effect in three areas: > 1) my sleep has improved a great deal. Guest guest
I'm sure the food industries did not intend to thereby give us unintentional nutritional benefits. No worries... This oversight has been corrected. :-) Dan > > > > Potassium Iodate is supposed to convert to iodine in the gut but > for many it does not. > > > > Steph > > iodine increases pms symptoms > > > > > > hello, > > I have been taking 1 drop of lugols on my skin for two months > now and > > it has had good effect in three areas: > > 1) my sleep has improved a great deal.
