Guest guest
That happened to me. I had 7 of my 11 out and felt great. Had a burst of energy. Mood changed. I went out and picked out paint, towels, rugs and a picture for my laundry room and painted it that weekend. That was huge for me. As for testing. I would say you should do it after you have your teeth finished. Maybe give it 2 weeks to settle in. Honestly I don't think iodine will change it too much. Re: iodine supplementation/Canary Club testing/amalgam removal "When did you test them last? " I haven't had my thyroid or sex hormones tested at all. That is why I am not sure when I should test them. From my symptoms, I think the iodine did affect my thyroid. My temps increased, I was hot a lot, and I had water retention, some heart palpitation, etc. My adrenals were tested in July, and then I had dopamine retested in November, but not cortisol and DHEA. I will wait until my fillings are replaced to test, but I am not sure if the iodine will give weird results...Maybe I should wait until I feel "stabilized" on the iodine and then test. Today I am actually feeling pretty darn good though, and I only had 3/5 of my mercury replaced 2 days ago. It seems to really have made a difference getting some load off my system! I can't believe how my mood and thinking has changed already. Hopefully more improvements will follow! :-) Thanks, Olif
