when to start solids?

Isn't it ironic that the foods we're supposed to stay away from are the

ones we are supposed to eat right after a fill? Anyway, my question

is...... how do you know when you're ready to stop the softs/liquids

and focus solely on solids? I was filled this past Monday and ate a

few bites of corn and a few bites of al dente mac-n-cheese yesterday

(Fri) which seemed to go okay, but don't want to do anything to stress

the band, pouch, etc. I am really going to need your support through

my efforts this time around.......
