Guest guest Posted March 4, 2006 Report Share Posted March 4, 2006 Isn't it ironic that the foods we're supposed to stay away from are the ones we are supposed to eat right after a fill? Anyway, my question is...... how do you know when you're ready to stop the softs/liquids and focus solely on solids? I was filled this past Monday and ate a few bites of corn and a few bites of al dente mac-n-cheese yesterday (Fri) which seemed to go okay, but don't want to do anything to stress the band, pouch, etc. I am really going to need your support through my efforts this time around....... wendy rumbaut, aug. 2003, -65Lbs regained 40Lbs in last year need to lose 100Lbs from this point Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
