Bad news is I gained a pound.. Good news is I still got my star on fit

day ;-D I went back through Fitday food log ins and see where I'm

messing up..too much Christmasy junk food thrown into the good stuff.

I'm also retaining water like crazy, not been drinking enough. I am

ordering a Nordic Track recumbent exercise bike and a really nice

recumbent rowing machine that I can do upper body work outs on too.

I've been spending a lot of time doing homework on the different

exercise machines and Weider Cross bow. I don't think I'm ready for

the cross bow and the exercises I need for legs, stomach and arms can

all be done on the bike and row machine. I already have a great tread

mill. I'm going to have to have my hubby move a lot of couches and

stuff around so I can make the family room (next to kitchen) into an

exercise palace. I've got to make this life change thing all the way

or I'm going to end up baggy and saggier than necessary when the weight

is gone. I've never been much for exercising consistently..but here

goes;-)
