Guest guest
Hi! I am new to this board.......I hope you guys can help, you know with all of your wisdom. I am 8 weeks out...had my first fill 2 weeks ago...haven't lost anything. I go back for a second fill on Jan. 4/07. I have a 4 cc band. The first band he put in 1 cc. Do you think he will put in another 1cc when I go back on Jan. 4? I have lost about 19 lbs. since I was banded 2 months ago. Is this normal......I know Christmas didn't help...got into some things that I shouldn't have. Do you think the next fill will help slow my eating down? How many fills does it take? How do they know how much to give you? Thanks for any help. -Holly
Guest guest
Hi there, greetings from sunny Arizona, >Hi! >I am new to this board.......I hope you guys can help, you know with >all of your wisdom. I am 8 weeks out...had my first fill 2 weeks >ago...haven't lost anything. Most people don't lose much if any until they get a proper fill. You're not there yet. But are you exercising? Are you limiting your eating to things that are good for you? Or are you eating junk? I go back for a second fill on Jan. >4/07. I have a 4 cc band. The first band he put in 1 cc. Do you >think he will put in another 1cc when I go back on Jan. 4? I have He'll put in whatever he thinks is right. The amount is irrelevant. It is either too much, too little, or just right. The numbers do NOT matter. >lost about 19 lbs. since I was banded 2 months ago. Is this Normal loss is one to two pounds a week, so you've lost more than 2 a week, which is super. Just keep doing what you're doing. >normal......I know Christmas didn't help...got into some things that I >shouldn't have. Do you think the next fill will help slow my eating >down? Just do the right things....eat the right things, keep exercising... dan I never complain, never ask why, please don't let my dreams run dry.... www.mylapband.tk Dan Lester, Boise, Idaho, USA Dr. Ortiz, Tijuana, 4/27/03 355/323/212/
