SAN-J makes a wheat free organic tamari. It doesn't say gluten free but I

think I emailed them a while back and they said that it was gluten free.

Only the Ohsawa Organic Nama Shoyu is unpastuerized as far as I

know. There is a wheat-free Tamari though.

I use this all the time. I do believe it is gluten free. I was just

wondering about the organic brand whe was talking about. Thanks,
