Guest guest Posted February 5, 2010 Report Share Posted February 5, 2010 thanks sandy and dan! i agree with you about should vs can. however, i only eat until i am satisfied, and it seems that i am not physically satisfied with that amount -- and i would like a little more help with the band. i have lost 50 lbs, but would like to lose another 30 at least. i discussed my food choices with my nutritionist and other than volume and amount of food i seem to be doing well. i had several fills the first year, none the second, and one the third -- and i think that i will go for a very small increment now. i do not want to be too tight, but i do want to find that sweet spot and i am not sure that i am there yet! perhaps i was not as aggressive about getting fills in the first three years as i should have been. the main thing that i forgot to mention is that my diabetes is under control -- diet and exercise, and my last a1c was 5.8!
