So far I have tried:

Atomidine and Detoxified Iodine with some success.( not at the same

time) I am wondering what results have anyone else on the list have

and what product helped them the most.

I am thinking about getting some Lugol's Solution to test next. The

reason is I would like to be able to control the ammount that I take

and notice the changes without taking what I would consider a mega

dose. I do not think I am ready for Iodoral.

I have noted that I was experiencing cold hands and feet ( before

the supplementation) and now it just comes and goes depending on how

much Iodine I consume daily. I have not been diagnosed with any

thryoid problems. I am kinda taking it as a preventative.

Iodine does seem to help with minor depression and I just feel good

when I take it. Right now I am taking 2 drops of Atomidine 3 times a

day. I think it is 600 mcg per drop or .6 of a milligram if I

converted it correctly. I think that would be 3.6 mg??? Hope I got the

math right.

I do wonder about the Iodine Tri chloride... ( Atomidine) is all

that chloride good for the body? I do know that sodium chloride is

needed to detox the bromide that is released by the body and am taking

Himalayan Salt ( a pinch) mixed in 1,000 mg of Vitamin C daily. This

way it kinda tastes like a Natural Gator Aide. I gave up the Iodized (

table salt).

So that being said what product has worked best for you guys and

gals? Secondly is the salt and vitamin C a good Idea?
