Skipper, you've presented some good information. Right now, on one

tablet of Iodoral, I have acquired excessive sleepiness, afternoon and

evening achiness, and a back of the head headache when I move. Didn't

get any of this when using MORE Lugols. Yet, you stated that you got

sleepiness on Lugols. Strange.

I've always wondered why Derry only recommended 1-2 drops a day,

whereas I'm seeing others say to go to 50 mgs. And I come to the same

conclusion--that taking less will still result in the same...though

slower.

And honestly, if one tablet is doing this to me, it makes me shiver to

think what going to 4 tablets might do. lol.

You mentioned that you take a lot of Armour--how much?
