8. Self treating or using a Dr to help manage?

seeing a doctor who knows I am supplementing with iodine but not really helping me with that. (I did let her borrow Brownstein's book, and I hope she actually reads it!)

9. Any questions that you might have for members of the group?

my loading test results showed 61%, how bad is this? I actually expected worse

I really would like info on iodine supplementation with a multinodular goiter. Flechas warns that people should be checked for a nodular goiter, before supplementing, because it can make them hyperT. I became hyperT on 25 mg.

I quit iodine, started Armour, then started iodine (at 6.25 mg), and became hyper again. I stopped the Armour last week, and I am feeling much better. So far, I think I am fine with 1 drop Lugol's. If my hypo symptoms come back, I will probably go to 2 drops, before trying Armour again. I am not sure why I go hyper with 25 mg iodine. Does it make the nodules release too much hormone?

Wondering how people with hashi’s

reacted to iodoral. I have hashi’s just diagnoised and now I understand

why when I first tried iodoral and was doing 50 mgs that I had such a hard

time with it. Was wondering how other did at 12.5 mgs or higher and if their

hashi’s flared up. Also are you using something other then iodoral.

hugs
