Guest guest Posted June 7, 2006 Report Share Posted June 7, 2006 I take my coconut oil mixed with Natural Peanut butter. I pour off the peanut oil that forms in the peanut butter and then add my coconut oil to it mix it up and add a dash of Agave sweetner to it. You can also take that peanut butter/coconut oil combo and put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes and it makes a darn good Peanut butter " fudge " . Coconut oil solidifies and then you can cut it into bite size chunks. I also add some coco every now and then. It's good. Also you can cook with the more processed kind. The kind without the coconut flavor. I scramble eggs with it. Make stir fries. It works great. I would not use the virgin kind to scramble eggs.. it was just plain gross!
