Guest guest
Hi , That is so interesting that you would mention this. I had a really good pumpkin crop this year, and I’ve been eating pumpkin seeds almost daily. I love them! I rinse the seeds, strain, stir them with sea salt and bake them for about an hour turning occasionally till just crisp. Eating them daily I don’t think is enough for me, because I find that I’m sleeping better on nights when I take my supplement. I visited my health food store and whew! They saw me coming! I left there with: Maca Information on Goji (Luckily they were out!) Milk Thistle Black Walnut Tincture Chlorophyl Calm Kelp Granules The black walnut was on the iodine website and it was mentioned it is both detox and thyroid balancer, which I think might be great for my teen, and the chlorophyll and milk thistle are for him too. The kelp granules are for keeping on the table with salt and pepper – another painless way to up your intake! The woman behind the counter recommended Maca, Goji juice and also Royal Jelly for adrenal. I already have royal jelly, but I didn’t realize it was so good for adrenal, and me the assistant bee keeper and all. The calm is for everyone. wrote: A couple ounces of pumpkin seeds gives about the RDA of magnesium. Maybe you could bring some into the house and even epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) in bath water will help boost levels. --- Cyr <rmcyrcharter (DOT) net> wrote: > I'm going to get this product.
