Hi ! Thanks for replying. I read that message on another forum and decided to inquire about its veracity. I don't have any brain problems but anything that I can do to protect and/or support it would be great! lol

Hi ,

Spraying magnensium into the mouth is one recommendation for treating periodontal disease, as it strengthens teeth and gums.

Magnesium is also necessary in sufficient amounts for all the body's cells, including the brain cells. Magnesium plays a crucial role at the blood brain barrier, and is helpful in not allowing toxins in, and moving them out of the brain...like mercury.

Its well known that magnesium plays a crucial role in preventing and decreasing the damage from strokes, after brain injuries and probably even in cancer treatment. But your question to me is somwhat confusing. I don't think Mark ever recommended using magnesium as a mouth spray to directly target or impact the magnesium in the brain stem, in fact he said he didn't when I checked with him.

We need adequate magnesium stores intracellularly for all of our enzymes to function properly, and locally it is useful for local problems. But we need to keep in mind that all of our body stores of magnesium need to be kept at maximum functioning point, and thats often done by numerous ways and means.

What kind of brainstem problem are you concerned about?

Mag oil Medulla Oblongata ?

Hi !I read in another forum that Mark said that several sprays of magnesium oil in the mouth will help the medulla oblongata. Is that correct? If so, how much is a squirt and how many times a day? I'd appreciate any other info you have on this topic. I didn't see anything about it in the Transdermal book. Thanks! **************************************Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL at http://discover.aol.com/memed/aolcom30tour
