Guest guest
I've been great -- but getting back to work yesterday after over 3 weeks off was a challenge! Thanks for asking! I saw you at the Madison Pub about 6 weeks ago maybe -- you breezed in and out so quickly I couldn't get over to you to say hi! I think I may be in London President's day weekend which would be crappie - I've miss Elma's picnic because of work too. Anyway, hope you are well, you sound as if you are. I'm about 15 pounds away from my ultimate goal. I cannot believe it! Guest guest
Be sure to tell them that as we raffle them off we will be sure to do them a public announcement, and also I bet jo (jo from silverdale) would be willing to apply a business card or a brochure or brochures to their displays that she will have. Tell them that we will give them a lot of press. And again you can count me in for more jewelry this year. But I wont need a card or anything like that. thanks for heading this up. also just so everyone knows donna crossland has agreed to be our guest auctioneer, and has also agreed to donate some items as well. I would personally like to keep the auction to between ten and 14 items this year, hopefully high quality. I think ten to 14 along with the many raffle items is going to take up enough time that we don't want people getting bored. Yet we want to beef up the band benevolent fund for good causes. bob is a Ginger type from Gillian Island Hey I need some help in drafting a letter from the committee to hand out for people or companies donating to the bash.. Anyone want to help ??? I want these folks donating there goods to feel like they are getting some great advertizing to all these people with bands.. like plastic surgeons- botox treatment personal trainer from gym or month gym membership - kay consult with gift basket nutrition bar golf lesson tanning session any other ideas???? Guest guest
Yes it is, and it will be held at the double tree, I think there is a place you can go and see the site on line, but I am so computer illiterate, I cant seem to find it, but I bet someone on here can tell you where to go. By the way where haveyou been? Re: bob is a Ginger type from Gillian Island Sorry, I was out of town for about a month. Is the Bash planned for President's Day weekend 2/21/05? Guest guest
Seattle Bandster Splash - the website is NOT live yet. Please be patient and we'll give you all the details soon. Please DO NOT reserve your rooms yet, we don't have the discount code yet. Barb S. barbooch@...

Guest guest
Would be nice if there were more of them that were useful to those living anywhere. And that isn't just me saying that from Boise, but I'm sure that those in Seattle wouldn't be thrilled with a gym membership in Olympia, or vice versa. Just wouldn't be useful. Another thought....make the gifts limited to those who need them....meaning some protein drinks could only be won by newbies, not us old geezers. Or botox only to those who've been banded a year or more, or whatever. That also reduces the odds on someone winning the prize. dan Tuesday, October 12, 2004, 11:37:00 AM, you wrote: c> Hey I need some help in drafting a letter from the committee to hand c> out for people or companies donating to the bash.. c> Anyone want to help ??? c> I want these folks donating there goods to feel like they are getting c> some great advertizing to all these people with bands.. c> like plastic surgeons- botox treatment c> personal trainer from gym or month gym membership c> - kay consult with gift basket c> nutrition bar c> golf lesson c> tanning session c> any other ideas???? Guest guest
I'm sure I'm missing something, but why do you have to wait a year or more after banding before getting botox? a //Or botox only to those who've been banded a year or > more, or whatever.//
