Guest guest
Get your HEAD in the game and you'll do fine. It often takes some outside, professional help to get our heads in the game. WHY have you regained? No idea here, but due to bad habits and/or emotional reasons most likely. Not suggesting they are YOUR problems, but many women put on weight due to poor self image (I'm not worth being thinner and more attractive) or due to sexual abuse or related issues (if I'm fat no one will molest/rape/bother me). If either of those or similar issues, they generally require some professional help to get past. And of course bad habits, and they are damn hard to break. Whatever your issues are, or aren't, you ARE worth being at a lower weight and thus healthier. dan Saturday, February 13, 2010, 10:08:33 AM, you wrote: > Well, after 2 1/2 years I've gained all my weight back and just had > a port revision a few days ago. Guest guest
Carol - the band is still there for you, if you're tuly ready to work with it again. Are you? If so, start again as if you're brand new. Review most of the documents in the files here, to learn many new things that have come up in the last couple years. Get serious about regular exercise. Use www.FitDay.com or www.TheDailyPlate.com to seriously track your intake and make needed changes to meet Bandster nutrition goals. Get the water and fiber we need. Stay on top of fill needs, once your new port is healed. You can do this - if you're willing to do your share. You CAN.
