Guest guest
, a " good " fill level is very different for everyone. some can tolerate a tighter fill than others. Certasinly, some have very sensitive stomachs and cannot tolerate as big a fill as others. Just as some non-Bandsters have super-sensitive stomachs, and barf or become nauseated at the slightest thing. That's why I personally don't believe in the " perfect fill " . a " good fill " is what most of us can expect, and this requires some good work on our own parts. to lose weight. A fill is only 1/3 of the solution - the other 2/3rds are just as important - good food choices and some decent daily exercise - even only a 45-minute brisk walk. All 3 a re needed for good weight loss, and - more importantly - keeping the weight off. Is your fill doc fine-tuning your fills by as little as 0.1 cc? Sometimes this can be the difference neteween " ok " and " really good. " With your 4 yrs of banding, you know by now what needs to be done, so you can depend much more on your better band habits than on the fill level. Are you perhaps expecting too much from your fill? How are you doing overall? Sandy R > Hello Eveyone > > A quick inquiry to everyone. Does anyone have and ultra sensitive > stomach. Let me explain my situation.
