Hi Everyone.. First let me introduce myself.. My

name is and I am 28 yrs old w/ 4 beautiful kids.

I was diagnosed about 6 yrs ago w/ TD.. and even

though for the last year and a half my synthroid must b

working (my blood worl has come back within the norm

range) I continue to feel all the symptoms.. I am

extremely tired and sluggish every day.. i forget the

easiest thing.. get confused.. (brain fog) I live in NY

so now that it's getting cold outside i'm frezzing

all the time.. My menstrals have continued to be

about 9 days long w/ horrendous cramps and bleeding..

so bad the first few days that i hate to leave the

house because everytime i move.. i just flow so

heavily..( i'm so sorry i am being so graphic.. i just don't

know how else to say it However the Drs never did

anything.. Well in the last 4-5 months other things have

added to it.. like even more tired.. to the point i

just drift off.. i have to have a nap.. i have almost

no control over it.. i get hot flashes... at least

once every couple days if not every day..

depression..i get the most god-awful headaches.. a week b4 my

cycle my breasts r so tender i cant even touch them.. i

itch all over.. my sex drive is nil.. i feel bloated

all the time.. i went back to the Dr. explained all

this.. I saw a Phy. Assistant this time.. she was very

understanding.. they did a finger prick test and found out i am

anemic.. then she sent me to the lab to have 9 different

blood tests preformed.. seems she thinks i might have

something called a polycystic overy??? anyone know anything

about that?? can cause your insulin levels to go up or

down.. a whole bunch of things..she also had my female

hormones checked she said i had signs of early

menopause... she put me on birth control pills.. anyway on Fri

I get all my tests back and i will post the

results.. I am sorry I seem to have told u my whole life

history.. I am just so happy I stumbled onto this group...
