SSKI is clear. I used it when I had my root canal tooth removed. I haven't seen anything else. I don't think you can use decolorized iodine in your mouth.

The colorless form needs to be OK for internal consumption -- i.e., not alcohol based or a tincture. Zoe

I just found the following quote from "

I got mine from my dentist. He stocks it. I had heard it was by prescription but I don't know. You can take a peek at this list: http://www.nextag.com/iodide/search-html?nxtg=56bc0a1c0520-6DD4747140ED9FBA There is a liquid Potassium Iodine on there.

Mine has no color. I have a clear dropper and there is no color. I am POSITIVE that what I have is not colored. http://www.upsher-smith.com/products/additionalproductlist.html is what I have. I just looked again and it is clear. It is RX only too.
