I have been working up to 1 pill two times a day (25 mg) but want to get up to 50 mg, so this morning I took 2 pills (25 mg) at once.....now I am shaky and my heart is beating fast. I have lowered my Armour from 4 1/2 grains down to 3 1/2 grains. I have added magnesium in the evenings. I do not have Hashi's. So is there anything I can take this morning to calm down my heart? More magnesium? What causes this kind of reaction? I thought my adrenals were pretty healthy? I want to get to 50 mg of Iodoral to shrink a parathyroid cyst. THANKS!!! I will go take some right now and some sea salt too. Do you think it is weak adrenals causing this? I took the two pills about and hour ago and am starting to feel better already but I wish I knew why this reaction was happening. thanks! Do you think I should up the Iodoral more slowly? I want to get the 50 mg as quickly as it is safe to do so. thank you again for such a fast response!!
