Subject: Food plans

Several people have asked again for specific food plan ideas. There

is really no " diet " for the band - just choosing good foods and

eating less - but so many of us are SO used to having a " DIET " in

mind (from years of being on DIETs) , i undertand how guidelines

would be useful with banding, until we get a good feel for foods.

I posted , awhile ago, specific daily food plans taken from my fitDay

entries during my weight loss phase. My goal was 1200 cal a day, and

most of them are very close to that, as well as meeting all the

requirments for protein, fiber, and calcium from milk and yogurt.
