This what I eat on an almost daily basis.

Breakfast:

Protein drink with skim milk

Or oatmeal with splenda and raisins

Lunch:

Chef Salad with Turkey and low fat dressing

Dinner:

Boneless, skinless chicken thigh with veggies or a salad

Snack:

SF chocolate

Nuts

Jerky

120 ounces of fluids including water

I have days when I am far from perfect in what I eat, but this is an

example.
