Guest guest
I'm curious who here is using high doses of iodoral (like 50mgs or so) and continuing to experience constipation issues? Dr. Flechas says he doesn't hear this very often and when he does Mag. takes care of it. I'm wondering if it's more a matter of his patients not connecting the dots and reporting back to him this problem. On 50mgs of iodoral I continue to struggle with it. My 80 year old mother is also having this problem and can't deal with it anymore so she dropped her high dose down quite a bit. Also on the amazon breast cancer list one person who had loose bowels mentioned quite happily that problem went away on 50mgs of iodoral. This stuff appears to do something to the lower bowels. Flechas and Abrahams both say it's not destroying gut bacteria. Obviously though something is going on in the lower bowels! I would like to report to Flechas that this appears to be a problem if others are having it so that's why I'm asking. (oh...and I've tried using all other recommened approaches ...upped Mg, vit C, water, fiber, good WAPF diet, etc. I'm currently switching to lugol drops to see what happens.) Thanks Lynn
