I started my exercise plan of walking 20 minutes per day on the tread mill. My calories are getting higher again (1200 - 1500 calories) and while I know that's within bandster limits I also know that I haven't made the BEST choices this week as I ate what the rest of the family ate this week, pasta, rice and bread...all no no's I know;-) I do feel restriction and can't eat as much as prior to the fill but know I'll need another one, this isn't the sweet spot. Starting TODAY I am back to protein and veggies..no more starches as this is where the rubber starts to meet the road. II've had a nice euphoric start but my body is starting to wake up to my plan to loose weight and say, " Hey what are you trying to pull on me " ?
