need tips for drinking the oil

I just did my 4th flush last night, but the more of them I do, the

harder it is to drink the nasty oil-and-grapefruit. (I tried coke and

oil once, and that gave me evil oily burbs!)

I really prefer the natural route, but I know from my ultrasound and

from the discomfort that I'm " packed " with these things. If I can't

get better at doing multiple flushes...

I'm into same problem like yours, believe me... and it isn't easy. Can't think

of any trick in taking the oil,though. Somebody, please helppppppppp!!!!

What works for me is to put the mixture into a narrow-necked bottle, that

way you don't get to smell it as you drink it. I think the smell is the

worst part, the taste isn't really that bad. Then I use a straw so I can

suck it right to the back of my mouth so there's less messing with your

taste buds. Good luck!
