Guest guest
Carla, I've tried the epsom salts in capsules that I have loaded myself. I first ground the epsom salts into a fine dust. They will dissolve that muchfaster in the end. They worked just the same except I took them dlightly ealier to compensate for the capsules dissolving. The capsules are gelatin and water capsules by NOW brand. Guest guest
Carla, You will still have to take 60 capsules. It is an awful lot. You are fasting to some extent and your stomach juices are not at full strength, so the timing of taking capsules and letting them dissolve may throw your timing off a bit. I know I started almost a half hour a head of time for each dose. G Murray Nault, Carla wrote: >This is exciting news for me. Guest guest
GK - NO - NOT 60 CAPSULES!! Far, far fewer in fact. I believe the strength of Dr. 's casules requires 4 capsules per " dose " in her cleanse. the Dr. Website store sells a bottle of the capsules that covers one liver/gall bladder flush. You can always take more if needed though. No way would someone have to swallow 60 capsules on a flush! Unless they were tiny capsules G & K Murray <kgtnm@...> wrote: Carla, You will still have to take 60 capsules. It is an awful lot. Guest guest
GK - No, I am wrong you are right - over the course of the cleanse, we have to take a total of 60 caps. I still think this is not so bad (at 15 caps per dose x 4 doses) when you consider you won't have to gag or vomit with the taste of the uncapped epsom salts. Guest guest
Sorry Carla that it has taken so long for me to respond, this is the first chance back to the computer in awhile. I would be fine with the capsules as long as someone drinks a lot of water with them immediately. That is a very heavy concentration without. By the way, the classic Ayurvedic way of inducing vomiting for poisonings is a glass of strong salt water! So nobody feel bad if the Epsom salts make you nauseated. In regards the numbers of capsules, with herbs I figure 4 " 00 " capsules per teaspoon. Double that for " 0 " . The Epsom salt are much larger granules so we can figure approx. 3 " 00 " s, since it will be finely ground before encapsulation. you can make an equivalent from this. Also keep in mind that you can buy magnesium citrate solution at any grocery store and use it. Tolerable but not delectable. -Dave ----- Original Message ----- From: Liz Sapareto<mailto:lizsapar@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Friday, October 13, 2006 8:26 AM Subject: Re: hate the taste of epsom salts - CAPSULES GK - NO - NOT 60 CAPSULES!!
