Sandy, Congratulations on the book! I know there is a desperate need

of books on the band. It is great that you are working on it.

Well, I need to be reminded to be positive. 266lbs this morning.

Down 2morelbs.

I guess what makes me feel bad is not loosing the regular 1-2lbs a

week. Pre-mensturation I gain upto 5-7lbs. Post mensturation I loose

those 5lbs plus 2-3lbs more. Its unbelievable. I would stay fixed at

270lbs for 3 weeks, sky rocket to 274lbs pre-mnst. and then I was

268 on friday, this morning I am 266lbs.

I just don`t get it. It just fluctuates but the good thing is, at

some point in a month it goes down.

My sweet spot is 8cc. My sweet habit has to be chewing slow and

eating slow then I am doing great!

I walk to work and walk home, which adds up to 40mins a day walking

but I need more exercise.
