North End Soup Night

calender if others have things set up for the next few months.

Awe shucks, I won't be able to make it that night. I unfortunately

have to work that night at 7p. I could possible come right at six

but would have to leave promptly at 6:30p.

I forgot to email you the dates that would be good for Northend soup

nights. Does July 14th sound good for July? That is my night off.

Hope all is well with everyone. I am still fighting the dreaded

plateau. But other than the plateau, I feel great.

Well it was very nice seeing folks at the North End Soup night.

Some new faces and some of us oldtimers.... Jessie I will be trying

that soup you recommended it smelled wonderful. Like always didn't

have time to talk to everyone.... had been up since 5 so verbal

processing was not among my top two abilities last night. Donna,

Jan, Bob, Kate you all looked beautiful! and it was great

finally meeting you. Next one will be Oct 14... same place and same

time.

I wish I could let you " see " inside my head so you could see how

inspired I am by all of you. I walked out of the mall last night

choked up by the sense of acceptance I felt from y'all that only

comes from common cause. Each one of you has made such gains, the

sense of pride was so empowering. Thank you all for sharing your

before and after pics. I will have to dig out the ones of me (that I

used to shove back in the box because I hated them) that are less

than flattering so I have something to compare.

I really hope we can get together for another dinner before the

holiday party.

It was a pleasure to meet each and every one of you. Bob, I

can't find that story you wrote, can you help point me to it?

Awe shrucks ,

I won't be able to attend tomorrow night cuz it is a working night

for me. I may be able to stop in for a very brief time tho. I will

try but am not making any promises. Will Thursday be the permanent

day for this soup night? I had just recently switched my work

schedule and am working every other Thursday. But, I do have every

Wednesday off. Does Wednesday work for everyone else? Just a

thought. NO worries if you can't make changes.
