Where's the link to the flushes?

I remember finding the flush info from the " files " section, but I

can't seem to find it now.

I remember to eat a nonfat diet all day, which I've been doing, but I

forget when I'm supposed to stop eating, and how much epsom salts, etc.

OK, I found it online doing a search- and this time I C & P'd it

into a word file!

I did the flush last night, and I'm still feeling kind of weak

and " icky. " I didn't notice as much chaff in the toilet this time-

either I had a less effective flush or there simply wasn't so much to

flush out this time. I'm not sure which.

I don't think I'll do another flush until after my labs are redone.

I'm not sure exactly when that will be, but certainly within the next

few months.

I'm taking milk thistle daily, plus I'm no longer taking the Prozac

that I had been taking for about 3 years straight. I suspect the

Prozac is what damaged my liver initially. I suspect the liver damage

led to the gallbladder damage- which has since cleared up after doing

a couple of flushes.

Is there anything else I could be doing to heal my liver?
