I have spoken with a seller of the AMazon herbs in the uk..and the man told me

that chanca Piedra first removes inflammation..then it can slowly help to break

up stones..

So I am going to give it a try..but I do realise I have to keep to an absolute

minimum certain foods..that I know cause me big digestive distress.

I will let the group know how things go in a few months..so I want to prepare

properly before doing another cleanse, as in the past I have been very sick

vomiting the oil up due to not preparing adequately!

Another site I've read suggests drinking it 3 times a day for stones and

once to prevent recurrence.

I bought the liquid extract as a stop gap.. hoping to find something cheaper, I

must search out the link..but I found a site in the USA selling a kilo quite

cheaply..

of course one can never know for sure of the quality..I do trust the amazon

rainforest herbs as a reliable source and spoke at length to the chap!

Thanks for posting your l ink too..I will take a look and keep it to hand.

I have to say that I wonder does anyone here suffere with l ymphatic congestion

due to the liver/gallbladder being in need of a cleanse?

Lymphatic pain is awful..well I guess all pain is awful..but its like deep

toothache in the body..just getting over an episode of that plus a very unhappy

GB, which thank God the chanca piedra arrived today!
