I am taking thyroid and adrenal support also. I have been taking Armour for a

little over 2

years, with a 5 month time period after the first 9 months of taking it, where I

weaned off

of it down to nothing. I bottomed out and adrenal issues diagnosed last summer.

I found

taking Armour with the addition of Iodoral worked much better for me. I have

been able

to lower my thyroid meds down to 90 mgs when I raised the Iodoral dosage. The

highest

dosage of HC I was on was 15-20 mgs a day. I am weaning HC now and am down to

7.5

mgs at this point. So far, so good. I plan to continue weaning slowly. I'm

taking a couple

of weeks at a time to get used to the lower dosage. IMO and in my case I am

convinced

that the eye twitching and startle reflex were due to a mag deficiency. I saw

immediate

improvement with those symptoms upon adding mag. If I get lenient in taking

mag, I'll

notice the eye twitching returning even though (at the time) I was taking the

higher dosage

of adrenal support. I found the prices at Vitacost to be pretty good for

Natural Calm.

They put it on sale fairly often.
