Guest guest
I have chronic bad teeth. Too many years eating junk food and no money for dentists. I have a good diet now and for the past 5 or so years, but I still get lots of gum infections because many of my teeth are half rotted. I have been having a minor problem with sore spots on some areas of my gums for the past month or so. Using mouthwashes and tea tree oil helps, but is not clearing them up. Today, my shipment of Lugol's finally arrived. I put 10 drops of Lugol's in about an ounce and a half of water. I gargled and squished about half of it around my mouth to rinse my gums. Then I rinsed again with the other half. I got some slight burning and discomfort to my tongue and tender spots along my gumline. Taste was not nealy as bad as I feared it might be. Later today, the sore spots on my gums are far less tender. I shall repeat the mouth rinsing twice a day, but with 5 drops of Lugol's instead of 10 to see if I can avoid the burning sensation.
